the 3 workflows are fairly new, as the old ones (old gmail, old fb instant leads) stopped working a while ago.

Additionally, we checked your account and were unable to find any task executions within the last 15 days. This is consistent with the task history section showing no recent tasks, and the workflows currently appear to be inactive from our end.

Once you forward the email to us, we'll investigate the issue further and get back to you with our findings.

Hi Preeti,

thanks for the swift reply.

i got word back from my team and there should be no executions in June as the campaigns that drove those ended in may.
so that looks good. i was just confused seeing 67 executions (in 30 days) but no history (in 15 days). i think that's your timeframes there.

i got an email for each of the 3 workflows that were active at the time and was thinking this must be due to execution failure, so where is my history.
guess that email triggered differently then, probably through the facebook credential change, i'd assume.

I'll forward the mails right after i send this response.

Regarding your queries:

1. Why was {{workflow_url}} it not replaced with the actual URL?
This appears to be a template-related issue in the notification email. Since this was an authentication error notification, the variable was not rendered correctly.

2. Why is there no task history in either the old or new layout?
The trigger failed before it could fetch any lead data from Facebook. Since no workflow execution occurred, no task history was generated.

3. Why did I receive these emails?
The emails were sent because the Facebook Lead Ads trigger connection expired. They were not related to workflow executions failing, but rather to the trigger being unable to authenticate with Facebook.

If you want these workflows to run. Kindly set up a new connection with the trigger, enable your workflow, and let us know how it goes.
