Hello @peepshah,Thanks for the details. However upon the recent message sent the error doesn't seem to occur. Are there any instances after it where you have the noticed the payment related error?

The issue is resolved now. I would appreciate your help in understand how the credits are charged & beyond credit how the billing is calculated.
