400 Error with traceID

I am setting up an automation to send subscriber data from Hiro.fm to Lead Connector v2 - Full name, email and phone (if they enter one).
I keep getting this, which I can't interpret:
It doesn't help me sort out how to identify what the problem is. Can anyone advise? Thank you!
