Pieter Oberholzer — Question ·

Hi Guys,

I just received a 90% task limit warning on a unlimited subscription. Why would this happen and how do I correct this?

Hello @Pieter Oberholzer,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

In the Unlimited subscription, an initial limit of 1,00,000 tasks is assigned to the account. Once 80% of these tasks are consumed, the "Reset Task" option becomes available in your account.

You can reset the consumed tasks once per day from:
Settings → Task Summary → Reset Task

We have also attached a screenshot and forum thread below for better understanding of how the task reset policy works:

Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.

Thank you Preeti, I now have another issue where only the first step in my workflows are executing and none of the other ones. Do you maybe have a suggestion for that problem?

Preeti Paryani — Reply ·

We would like to inform you that the issue that you were facing, where only the first step of the workflow was executed, has now been resolved.

All task histories created after 1:30 PM IST should work as expected. For any affected task histories created before that time, please select them and use the Re-execute Entire Workflow option. They should now execute successfully without any issues.

Kindly give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.
