  • Task consumed refers to the number of actions performed within your workflows. Each action step, such as sending data from one app to another, counts as a task. For example, if you send a lead from Facebook Lead Ad to MailChimp, that would count as 1 task.
  • Free task consumed typically refers to the tasks that are counted under triggers and internal tasks like filters, routers, or formatters are free tasks.

For example, if you have a multi-step automation, like sending a lead from Facebook Lead Ad to MailChimp and then to Google Sheets, it would count as 2 tasks.
