After reviewing your workflow, we found that the trigger you're using is a polling trigger, which checks for new data approximately every 10 minutes. Because of this, once an order is placed on your homepage, it may take around 10–15 minutes for the workflow to be triggered and the data to be updated in Google Sheets.
So yes, this behavior is completely normal, and you can inform your team that a delay of up to 15 minutes is expected with this type of trigger.
