Accessing Subfolders in MS365

I am able to detect a new folder creation in MS365, but when a new subfolder is created it goes undetected! Is there a way to do it or it needs a fix?

Additionally, a short screen recording showing a test where a new folder was added but not detected by the workflow would be very helpful.
