Acumbamail Advanced Response not working

I set up a webhook in Acumbamail to capture clicks.

Since the Simple Response mode in Pabbly Connect collects multiple clicks at once, I wanted to enable Advanced Response to use an Iterator later. However, when I switch to Advanced Response, the webhook doesn’t receive any response. Could you please look at it?

The trigger you are using is a descriptive webhook-based trigger(refer to the attached image) due to that the responses sent by the Trigger application aren't in our control. Regarding any difficulties faced with the data not getting received from descriptive webhook-based triggers, we recommend you contact their team(Acumbamail Team in this case).

You can test the responses sent by their end using Webhook.site. Please refer to this tutorial to learn how to use webhook.site -

@Preeti Paryani Unfortunately, from my contacts with Acumbamail support, I know they're not very responsive. So, let's try a different approach.

If I get a simple response like the screenshot below, can I transform this data (from Simple Response) inside Pabbly to make it work with Iterator? In this case, it's 3 entries; sometimes there's less or more.

You can capture the response in advance format by turning off the Simple Response toggle button and it should be received in array format which would be processable using Iterator by Pabbly.

Enabling or disabling the Simple Response has no impact on whether a response is captured in the trigger step.

Could you please make a short screen recording showing the 'Simple Response' enabled and the response being captured in the trigger step? Then, disable the 'Simple Response' and show that it is not being captured in the trigger step.

Simple Response collects 3 clicks.

Then, at the first try, Advanced Response collects one. At the second attempt it just keeps spinning.

Thank you for sharing the video. Please test this issue on webhook.site and check if you can capture the response on the second attempt. If you encounter the same issue, kindly contact Acumbamail's support team, as the response is not being sent from their end.
