"Add new row" action step does not work. Returns Errors

Could you please share the Workflow URL in which you have this concern?
As we can see from your workflow, you haven't added any fields or columns in the Google Sheets where you wanted to add the field through the action step.
You can refer to the second part of the video on how you can add the rows in the Google Sheets.
Thank you, tried adding colulmn headers but it does not answer the problem. How does having many labels affect the workflow maybe it's the reason that its not working.
