AI assistant is not getting enabled for new messages.

I have created an AI assistant, and have created a chat flow also but when I am getting the messages from the new contact then my chat is not getting enabled. here are the SS attached. and from inbox settings I have made the auto replies enabled. In place of having manual enbale for each of the contct or new messages how can i enable the automated support ai assistant.

We tried sending a message to your WhatsApp number connected with the Pabbly Chatflow (+91 7303703655), and the AI assistant was automatically assigned to the chat and able to respond as expected.

Please share the specific Inbox ID where you are noticing that the AI assistant did not reply, so we can check the configuration and help you further.

I don't want to enable choose Ai assistant for each new incoming messages from new contact. If the user is not in my contact list then also i'll send the replies.
But if the conversation has been dull or messages is done after a long time then it don't responds

Please note that the AI Assistant only responds to messages when the chat status is set to AI Assistant. If the chat status is Intervened, the AI Assistant will not reply to the messages.

Additionally, the flow you’re referring to will only work the first time when the user initiates the chat. If the chat has already been initialized and the user sends another message after a long interval, the flow will not be triggered again.

Ok got it but I want to enable if for always to make replies either he is a new one who initiates the chat or messages after a long time.

In that case you can set up a flow with Trigger as per the attached image and regex to accept all messages.
