Hi @mdjalgaonkar,

Upon reviewing your workflow, we noticed that you are using a Private App – Custom API Request action.

We recommend reaching out to the person or team who provided you access to this private app and requesting them to approve/whitelist your domain from their end.

Once the domain is approved, the action should work as expected. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Thank you for your response.

Could you please guide me on the exact process to get the domain approved or whitelisted from the Private App provider’s end?

Specifically, I would like to know:

 • What domain or IP needs to be approved for Pabbly Custom API requests?
 • Where should this be configured (on the Private App provider’s dashboard or backend)?
 • Is there any documentation available for this setup?

Looking forward to your guidance.

Thank you.

Hi @mdjalgaonkar,

Thank you for reaching out.

Upon checking, we noticed that the Private Application you are using was created using the same email ID ([email protected]) associated with your Pabbly account. This indicates that the app has been created from your end.

In this case, you will need to configure/whitelist the required domain on your application’s server or dashboard (where the API is hosted). The domain/IP that needs to be allowed should be the one from which your API is validating incoming requests.

You may refer to our Custom API documentation here:
https://forum.pabbly.com/forums/pabbly-connect-app-integration-guide/

If you continue facing issues while setting up the Private App or configuring the required event, you can directly reach out to our Integrations Team at:
[email protected]

They will assist you further with the configuration.
