API Custom Request

I am having issues with an api custom request
I keep getting this error:
Unexpected token '{##double_quotes##}', {##double_quotes##}{##double_quotes##}\{##double_quotes##}{\{##double_quotes##}cust{##double_quotes##}... is not valid JSON
When I move the json from the data section into parameters it seems to work.
I don't have a workflow history ID as I haven't run this workflow yet. It is still in testing but I am stuck at this point with the custom api.
I am using the new workflow map and not the classic one.
I used to do these requests through the custom api of the module for clickup but it appears as though that has been removed from the options menu.
Is it coming back in future?
I removed the taskid from the api endpoint for privacy
And hid the token as well.

Could you please share the cURL command and API documentation of the endpoint you are attempting to execute? Also, share the Workflow URL where you have this concern.
