Apollo Auto Trigger

Hello
So I had to get assistance on setting up my lead generation using pabbly connect. I will be lead rocks to my CRM pmsuite and apollo to my CRM PMsuite. Please see pic below. I didn't send emails out but yet I got all these triggers and it used up ALL my allocated task now I have none to test with. What's going on here? Why are some 2 steps workflow and others are 3? thank you

It appears that you have configured this workflow to trigger every 30 minutes and call the workflow named "Apollo → PMsuite Lead Sync" shared below. This seems to have consumed all of your tasks.

As for why one of the task histories shows 2 tasks instead of 3, it is likely because your allotted tasks were exhausted during the execution of the workflow, which prevented the third step from executing.
We have reset your tasks, so you can continue testing.
