Hello there,
As we checked your account, you have multiple WhatsApp Numbers connected in your account. Can you confirm if you are facing this issue with all the numbers or with a particular number? If you are facing this issue with a particular number, then can you let us know which number it is so that we can check accordingly?
Thanks & Regards,

Hi,
+569 XXXX 7515 confirmed issue
+569 XXXX 6440 confirmed issue
+569 XXXX 3207 confirmed issue
I'll check those three—I have them right here in my office. The other one with coexistence (XXXX 4699) is with an employee at home, so I can't verify it.
The other numbers do not involve coexistence between WhatsApp for Android and the WhatsApp API.
For example, this is a conversation between XXXX 7515 and XXXX 3207, and I'm sure that both of them have messages that are 90 days old in the WhatsApp app for Android:

Steps to reproduce the bug
1) Have a phone with WhatsApp Business installed on a stock Android device (e.g., Samsung)
2) Set the message retention period to 90 days (on the same phone)
3) Connect it to Pabbly ChatFlow
4) Receive (or send) a message to a third party

Hello,
The Disappearing Messages setting is a feature of the WhatsApp Business App/WhatsApp client and is managed directly by Meta. It is not controlled or implemented by Pabbly or any other Tech Provider.
If the 90-day disappearing messages setting was turned off automatically, you'll need to check this with Meta/WhatsApp Support, as this behavior is outside our control.
