base 64 converting to pdf and then uploading to drive

Good day,

I have tried many times and been unsuccessful. I want to covert my 64base code pdf that I received via webhook to my google form in code again to pdf and upload it either directly to my OneDrive or to an email to the user.

1. My user fills the form on my site
2. Webhook is set up (PDF is in the form of base64)
3. Goes to Google Forms also in base64.

What I need is to receive it in pdf either as an attachment going via email or as an upload file in the one drive.

Please help, this is main feature now I m stuck with my flow because of this.

i am new how do i sort this out.. ? can i call someone ? someone to help ? is there a way ? i dont seem to figure it out. also my router emails - whilst conditions are correct yet the email goes 3 times with different templates to the same person :(
