Blogger New Post not triggering workflow

I have a workflow set up to trigger when a new post is published in blogger.
When I run the test and save steps (there is a couple of intermediate steps to strip the html and reduce the size), all work perfectly. The post publishes to my facebook page exactly as I want it.
However, if I publish a post through blogger, the workflow does not trigger. In the Pabbly History dashboard, everything shows zero. No errors showing.

We checked your account and the workflow and found that you are currently on the free plan. As the trigger of the workflow is a polling-based trigger, in the free plan, Pabbly will check only once every 24 hours for New Post. Kindly wait for the workflow to trigger.
