Browser crash/close on smartphones with MercadoPago integration

I am using my own domain and the interaction of the MercadoPago payment gateway, I followed the instructions on how to configure it and have the SSL certificate with the personalized link of my products in the Pabbly's Subscription Billing module
Everything works fine from the computer but if I enter from a smartphone when I click on the Complete order button an error occurs that closes the browser
Several customers have tried to pay from their smartphone and the same error occurs to all of them
I will appreciate your help to solve it or tell me what configuration I should change to make it work
