Bug in Suppression List upload tool
Status: Open · Asked by Aaron Black on · 0 views
Your "Add Unsubscribers" tool in the Suppression List tab has a Regex validation bug. It rejects any e-mail that doesn't end in three letters like "com" or "org".
If I type , it throws an error: "Please enter a complete and valid e-mail address." However, if I change it to , it accepts it. This is preventing me from uploading 500 legal opt-outs, because the bug is also present in the bulk upload method.

Hi @Delta Star ,
We are glad to inform you that the issue with the Suppression List upload tool has been resolved.
Our technical team has updated the email validation logic, and the tool now correctly accepts and processes regional and multi-part domain extensions (such as .co.uk). You should now be able to upload your bulk opt-out list without encountering the previous error.
Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention! Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
