Can an AI Agent in Pabbly Chatflow auto-qualify Facebook leads and update custom fields?

Hi Pabbly team,
I’m trying to connect an AI agent to a Chatflow so it triggers automatically for every new Facebook Lead Ads submission. The goal is for the agent to qualify the lead via conversation and then write the extracted data into custom fields on the contact in Pabbly Chatflow (so I can route and segment later in Pabbly Connect / CRM).
What I want to achieve
- Trigger an AI conversation automatically when a new FB lead arrives.
- During the chat, extract entities like origin, destination, equipment type, volume, timeline, budget, etc.
- Persist those values into Chatflow contact custom fields (e.g., origin_city, destination_city, equipment_type, urgency, budget_usd, qualified).
- On completion, send a transcript + structured JSON to Pabbly Connect for follow-up automations.
Is there a supported way for a Chatflow agent to update contact custom fields during/after a conversation?

Use the Question node to collect customer information and add it to the contact custom fields in Pabbly Chatflow.\

It's not possible to send the full conversation transcript back to Pabbly Connect, but you can use the API Request node to send information back to Pabbly Connect in a different workflow.
