Can not create an image using Action Event - Generate Image (Dall E) and Model Dall e3 as instructed in this video

The error is occurring because the API key used in your OpenAI connection does not currently have access to the dall-e-3 model.
We recommend either:
- Using another API key/account that has access to this model, or
- Trying a different image generation model that is available within your current OpenAI plan and supports image generation.
After updating the model or reconnecting the API key, please test the action again.
