Can we make DND disabled as a default for LeadConnector?

Hello,

I've noticed that the default setting for the DND (Do Not Disturb) fields in LeadConnector is enabled (True). Could we modify this to be disabled(False) by default? This adjustment aims to prevent unintentionally marking our leads as DND. Thank you.

You can toggle the "Map" option and remove "True" or "False", but if you prefer to keep this field as a default setting, you can leave the dropdown menu on "False" or "True".

I mean everytime we add the LeadConnector step "Create or Update a contact", can we make the "False" default? Because for now the default setting is "True". Hope you can help. Thank you.

It will be default "False" if you select the option from the dropdown.

Whenever a new data gets added in, it will automatically go for False.

You made it extremely clear but it’s obvious support here doesn’t understand what you’re asking for. I agree 10000% this needs to be false by default. I can’t imagine how many people have really screwed up their system with this being set to false.

Hi, I've tried to use FALSE to remove an existing DNC in Highlevel but it's not updating. Setting it to TRUE will enable it, but FALSE doesn't seem to disable it. What do I need to do to remove this? Thanks!

As we have checked your workflow we found that nothing is been mapped or selected within the "Is DND?" field, refer to the first image. Kindly turn off the map toggle button of the "Is DND?" field and select False from the dropdown(refer to the second image) to achieve your use case .

Please adjust the Lead Connector step to have the DND field set to FALSE by default.

Currently, changing the default value of the DND field to "FALSE" isn’t possible. For now, you’ll need to manually select it during the setup. We understand this might be an inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding.

@Preeti Paryani Is there anything we can do to help make this possible? Is it a default setting from High Level? We can talk to the developer team there and get the ball rolling.

I brought this up with Fer Patel and he initiated the fix. Looks like it has been completed and DND should now default to "None" aka False/Off
