Can you enable Stripe to process direct debit (SEPA/IBAN) like Chargify?

For many months I've been trying to request that you add the feature of processing via bank transfer for European accounts.

Also Chargebee has SEPA integration - https://www.chargebee.com/docs/2.0/sepa-stripe.html
