Cannot create new Slack channel - restricted_action
Status: Open · Asked by CareyGreen on · 0 views
As part of a workflow I desire to create a new Slack channel, but am receiving the error "restricted_action" (see image). I don't understand what is wrong.

And BTW, I am not getting notifications of your responses. Where can I change that?
Please login to your Slack and Pabbly Connect account in an Incognito Tab, establish a new connection with your Slack account and see if this fixes the issue for you.
While making a new connection, make sure to give access to Pabbly Connect.
Thank you, but no - that did NOT change the issue. I set up the entire new connection to Slack in an incognito window and it continues to show the same error.
Please make sure that you have the necessary privileges to create a channel.

This doesn't make sense to me. I AM the Admin of my Slack space and only login to it through the Admin login credentials.
Please allow us some time to look into this concern. We will get back to you shortly.
Hi team, we are also facing this issue. Is there a solution?
