Canva Design ID is Required

I am attempting to download a design as a GIF but I have had this issue with other types of downloads.
I completed an autofill job in Canva and got a Design ID,
but when I enter it into the mapped area I get this error:

We tried mapping the Design ID on your behalf and were able to do so without any issues. We suggest you hard refresh your browser and see if that resolves the issue.
