What if we edit the affiliate link in the backend to go to another landing page?

Is the affiliate link that was already broadcasted by our affiliate still working and they can get the commission?

Edit for example

The initial link like in the screenshot (for example): http://example.com/abc -> which is sub WordPress installation

Then, we changed that URL to http://example.com -> which is a different WordPress installation.

Yes, you can update the affiliate link as follows: http://example.com. Use this as your affiliate link. Affiliates can use this updated link for promotion, and they will receive commissions based on the rules you've setup in your account. The only requirement to generate a commission and credit the affiliate for a sale is that the purchase must occur through the Pabbly Subscription Billing checkout page.

We found out that currently no commission received by all affiliates for the new sales since we changed this setting. I have clicked on my own affiliate link and bought the subscription via that link, there is no record of the commission although the transaction was successful.
