Have create this workflow but in last step it says User Not Created and hence not getting end result, please help

We’ve added a new step to the same workflow, and it worked as expected.

Thanks preeti but still it isnt working fine, i am sending a message from chatflow(8961228919) to 8802821212 as "Ask Chatgpt: How to reach taxaj" but getting no results/revert.
Also can we create in such a way that if anyone sends a message with text “Ask ChatGpt: Query” then the revert should be sent from the sender’s number. I can use this for my team mates in that case

Could you please share a task history for the same test so we can better assist you? Also, it would be better if you could add a new test and then share the task history ID.
