Clickfunnels to Systeme.io

I have a sales page with order bump in Clickfunnels. I already have one Pabbly automation to connect Clickfunnels to Systeme.io so that when someone will purchase the main product, a new user profile is created and tagged in Systeme.io. However, that automation does not include the order bump. I am trying to set up a separate automation for the order bump by itself so that when people add it to the order, it will update the contact in Systeme.io and add an additional tag. Pabbly successfully caught the webhook trigger, but on the next step to connect to Systeme.io and update the contact, it keeps giving me an error. I don't understand why, because I did this same tagging step in the first automation mapping the 1: Id: ******** to locate the user profile, but in this one it's not working. Please help!

It seems you have mapped the ID received from the trigger step in the "Systeme.io: Add Tag to Contact" action instead of mapping the contact ID of the particular contact concerning Systeme.io. You can use the Create Contact action step to create the contact or you can use the Find Contact action step to find the contact using the email address or contact ID, and then can map the idea accordingly.
