ClickUp - Slack - ClickUp

Hey all - I am trying to make a workaround where a task can be created in clickup - it is added to a slack channel and then any comments in the channel after that task get added back to the clickup task.
I can see there is a
Action : Do this …
3. Slack : Get a Channel Messages (Beta)

My previous steps
Trigger : When this happens …
1. ClickUp : New Task
Action : Do this …
2. Slack : Send Channel Message

But I am not having much luck with the Get a Channel Messages tasks, any ideas?

Could you please share the Workflow URL in which you have this concern?

The use case you are describing doesn't appear to be possible. When a new task is created in ClickUp through a comment made in a Slack channel, it will automatically trigger your workflow again, sending the same task back to your Slack channel. This will create a loop, consuming all your tasks.

So the task is created in clickup and that is then sent to slack as a notification. I was wanting to get the comments in slack added to the clickup task.

Unfortunately, your use case doesn't seem possible as there isn't any specific action to get the channel messages after a certain message.
