Cloudconvert image file issue

i am trying to convert image using Cloudconvert from png to jpg.
step 10 to 12 in the workflow but getting error in last step

The error is being received in the response from the "Get Job Details" action. Based on the further response, it appears that the "File Convert" action performed earlier in ConvertCloud has failed. Please refer to the attached image for more details.

I can't find the reason for its failure.

Task 10's response was "waiting," and I added a time delay of "5" in Task 11.

According to that and the YouTube video I watched, it should be correct.

i dont understand why i need to JUMP THROUGH HOOPS to convert a simple file.

The failure seems to be caused by the response from ConvertCloud. We recommend contacting their support team for further clarification and assistance, as they are best equipped to resolve this issue.

is there other tool to convert images ? i wont waste my time contacting them.

Issue is with imgur link, try uploading to cloudinary or imagekit and try link from those platforms. I tried with imagekit link and that worked fine.
