Condition is false

I keep getting the "Condition is false"
Any idea why?

It looks like you have set the filter with 'AND' conditions, so all three conditions must be met. Since two of your conditions are not true, this is causing the issue you’re encountering.

Than you. What would be the best setup for it. I want it to filter it the score code 15 and higher but lower than 29.

Could you please clarify the conditions for each case/route and specify which particular score should be processed? This will help us assist you more effectively.

The data coming form Jotform has a score from 0 -24.
0–14 pts → Survival Mode

15–28 pts → Stuck Mode:

29–35 pts → Scaling with Struggle

36–42 pts → Authority Mode
