Confirm CNAME for Custom Domain

Hi, I have reviewed every link about your Custom Domain and would like some clarity around which setting for adding a CNAME is the correct.

Is it custom.pabbly.com or payments.pabbly.com ?

I have tried both in my Cloudflare account, and neither have worked for me. Both result in the same error with the page not being found.
Please do not point me back to the link for the Custom Domain tutorial - I have been through it 6 times, and no change.

Kindest regards,
Mandy :)

This is the result I get, no matter what I try with the CNAME. It's quite frustrating and is stopping me progressing.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @myesolution ,

You need to use custom.pabbly.com in the CNAME settings.

Additionally, we recommend waiting for some time after making the changes in Cloudflare, as it may take a while for the changes to take effect.

After some time, you can check the custom domain in your Pabbly Subscription Billing account by opening the checkout pages. The new custom domain you added should start reflecting on the checkout page URL.

Please note, if you open the subdomain directly, it will show a 404 error. To verify if the custom domain is active, you can open any checkout page in your account.

Hi @MukeshR,

Thank you kindly for the swift response. I have the correct settings, so it must be that I need to wait "some time".

Do you have any idea how long "some time" is? 1 day, 5 days? I've done similar CNAME changes before and it's usually been very quick (within minutes).

Thanks again :)

Hello @myesolution ,
The Cloudflare may take up to 24 hours for the changes to take effect.

That is great! Thank you so much - I needed to allow 1-2 days for this to work correctly.
