Confusion between Task allocated to account & task consumed

Currently on my dashboard it says
100 Task - Task allocated to my account
5 task consumed (this task which is end to end, task completed on external software)
95 task pending
27 - Free task consumed in last 30 days
So here my question is. 100 task (which is considered as completed on external software), are these only 1 time or free for every days days.
So 100 task will be allotted for every month?

The 100 tasks are allocated to your account under our free plan on a monthly basis, not daily. This means you'll have 100 tasks available each month, and the count will reset at the start of every new month.
