Connecting Hubspot, Salesforce etc

Hello, we have a marketing email platform and work with clients with many different CRM's. Our solution has an API. My question is in HubSpot lets say in order for me to transfer leads from my clients HubSpot into our client portal ( Like Mailchimp) does my client set me us as an admi, or user or how do I get access to their HubSpot account to use your solution to tie into our API? Same for Salesforce, Sugar, Marketo etc..

You either need to have their HubSpot account credentials, then log in to their HubSpot account and establish a new connection within a workflow in your Pabbly Connect account.
Of if your clients have a Pabbly Connect account, you can add them as a Team Member to give them access to the workflow you are working on and ask them to establish the new connection.
So, I don't think our clients will give their credentials, so we would ask our clients to sign into Pabbly and then I would add them as a member to their specific integration? Then we are responsible for the billing which is fine.
Sure, you can do this by adding them as a team member.
