How do I contact Pabbly Support regarding the allotment of unlimited tasks?

Hi @Rohan Ghosh,

You already have the Pabbly Connect Unlimited Yearly plan active on your account. In this plan, you are allotted 100,000 tasks. When you are close to consuming these tasks, you can request a task reset on this forum or by emailing us at [EMAIL][email protected][/EMAIL], and we will reset the tasks on your behalf.

@ArshilAhmad Yesterday i reset the tasks in settings but i got another 1,00,000 tasks only. Also, these have been exhausted too. Please reset the tasks to unlimited ASAP!.

@ArshilAhmad, Also, i am only able to reset the tasks once a day, and i am getting 1,00,000 tasks only. 1,00,000 tasks to little. please reset it to unlimited otherwise this subscription makes no sense.

Thank you for reaching out.

We have reset your task count. Please note that users can only reset their tasks once per day.

Upon reviewing your workflow, we noticed that many of the tasks are being used to re-execute failed tasks. These failures are occurring because you are exceeding the write request limits for Google Sheets. There is a limit on the number of rows you can add or write requests you can make per account per minute, which causes these task failures. To avoid this issue, please add a delay to the "Add New Row" action.
