Coupon Requires Active Purchase?

Is it possible to create a coupon that is valid ONLY if the purchaser has a completed purchase of another product or a current subscription?

We apologize for your inconvenience but we would like to inform you that associating such Validity with the coupon is not possible right now. Anyone with a coupon code will be able to redeem it while purchasing.

This would be a great functionality, so that coupons could be restricted to the people who currently have an active account. *smiles*
