Is there and option to not pass credit card information and just send the invoice on the API call for Create Subscription For Existing Customer? When I make the call and do not pass the credit card information it sends a failed transaction invoice which is not customer friendly. In the UI there is an "Offline" option, can I trigger this in the API call and get an invoice to send over?

Yes, you can use gateway type as "Offline" in API. Please refer the image below.
