We checked the workflow URL and task history ID shared by you; however, it appears that the workflow has not executed, and we are unable to find any corresponding task history. Additionally, the task history ID provided does not seem to exist in the system anymore.

Regarding the issue shown in your screenshot (red mapping like “No Data”), this usually happens when:

• The step from which the data was mapped is not returning the required fields, or
• The step has been modified or deleted, causing the mapping to break

Recommendation:

Please re-add or reconfigure the previous steps from which the data was mapped, then remap the fields accordingly and test the workflow again.
Once done, kindly share a fresh task history if the issue persists, and we will assist you further.
