Crove app not working for me

I would like to inform you that the Crove integration is updated now. Kindly change the action events in your workflows with the new updated events. The old events are deprecated now.

Thank you for updating some of the actions with Crove. Unfortunately, the action that I use is Generate Document PDF from Template, which hasn't been updated. I use this action to make certificates. It's still in the legacy version; would it be possible to update that event too?

This is different from all of the actions you listed; it's listed in the legacy actions.

I'd be grateful if you could take a look and update the action that I use.

Are Pabbly going to update the Generate Document PDF from Template (Legacy) action event so that it works?

We checked with the Team and the Team said the legacy action events Endpoints have been deprecated by the Crove team, and we will also be deprecating these action events from our platform soon.

As Crove has introduced new endpoints, we recommend that you switch to the new action events:

• Generate Document PDF – Use this action event to generate the PDF.

• Get Export Status – Use this action event to retrieve the generated document URL.

These action events serve as the replacement for the Generate Document PDF From Template (Legacy) action event.

We recommend migrating to the new action events at the earliest to ensure uninterrupted functionality.

Thank you for trying to fix it, but unfortunately, what you suggested isn't working and probably won't, because the workflow doesn't pick up the latest generated PDF.

I'll contact Crove to see if they have any ideas.

Sure, that way you can alternative method to execute the action that was processed through the Action event Generate Document PDF From Template. A similar action is not available in the new version.
