How would I add in other forms of payment when adding a payment manually?
I'd like to be able to note Venmo, CashApp, or Bitcoin purchases.

Yes, I've been doing that.
It would be nice if we could add our own, though, especially for those businesses that do a lot of offline/custom payments.
