Custom URL Redirect based on user's email

Is it possible to use the user's input email to parse into the redirect URL? I attempted to use the {{CustomerEmail}} input but it isn't working.

You can not inside the user details directly in the redirect URL but the workaround that we can suggest you can use PSB Get Hosted Page Data API to get the data form the checkout page and pass this relevant data in the redirect URL afterwards at your end.
