Customer Can not Cancel their plan via the portal

There are no options for clients in Pabbly Online Subscriptions to be able to cancel their plans.
I have logged in as a client and checked every tab and button but could not see how a client can stop their plan.

We would like to inform you that your customer can cancel the subscription from the Client Portal in the Subscription section.
Client Portal >> Subscription >> Click on the Email of the Customer >> Click on the 3 dots (given on the top corner of the right hand side) >> Cancel Subscription
