Data Forwarder not working

Hi there,
I have a workflow where I take input from Elementor form and then redirect the user to a new link based on the input. However, it isn't working since some time now. Upon investigating, I realized that the Data Forwarder (Redirect) action isn't working. It just keeps the user on webhook URL page and not redirect to the end destination. I create a test workflow with just the data forwarder and it doesn't work there too so I believe it's an action issue and not an isolated case with my workflow.
Please help me with this! Attaching the URL it stays on instead of redirecting.
PS: I checked workflow history and everything is successful there, nothing changed. No change in the workflow settings or elementor form settings either.

Both your Data Forwarders have 'Forward Webhook' action event.

If you want to redirect a user, use the 'Redirect To' action event instead.
@ArshilAhmad I dont want to forward the user... i just want the total contents (all the data) of the incoming webhook to be passed on to another webhook. Should it be passing the data along with it?
Yes, it is set up correctly to pass all the data from the incoming webhook to another webhook. We have tested the Data Forwarder on our end, and it is working correctly.
