Data Not Being Sent from Gravity Forms to Pabbly Webhook (some of entrys)

Hello Support Team,

I’ve set up a webhook in Gravity Forms to send form submission data to Pabbly Connect. Most of the time the data is sent successfully, but occasionally the data does not get sent to Pabbly, and no entry appears in the workflow history.

Here are some details:

• Form tool: Gravity Forms (Webhooks Add-on enabled)
• Integration: Pabbly Connect via Webhook (POST / JSON)
• The webhook URL works for most submissions.
• The issue happens randomly — some submissions never reach Pabbly, without any visible error in Gravity Forms.

Could you please help me identify why some submissions are not being delivered and how to ensure that every submission is reliably sent?

Since this is a descriptive webhook, we capture the data sent by Gravity Forms. If you want to verify, you can use https://webhook.site/ to check whether Gravity Forms is sending the data.
