Date format - requires parameters

Hi
I've added the date formatter step to format a date from YYYY-MM-DD to DD/MM.
But I am getting the following response. (see picture)
What would be the solution to solve this partial failure?

As I have checked the workflow I have noticed that the issue was due to the trigger step receiving null in the keys mapped to the subsequent steps. Please make sure that the webbook receives the values in fields mapped to the subsequent steps to avoid getting such errors.

Thank you Preeti, understood. That is because not every member inputs their birthday, so it will sometimes fail, sometimes work depending on that factor...?

Yes, you get it right. If the mapped data is missing then you will get the error, else the workflow will work fine.
