Dates are defaulting to 2020 when sending info with a webhook to StartInfinity

I am sending some fields to StartInfinity with a web hook. But recently all the dates of defaulting to 2020 instead of 2025. I haven't changed anything so I'm confused at why this is happening right now.

Does anyone have a clue how I can fix this?
