delay action seems bugged

hey, tried to add a delay action on a few workflows and its stuck saving.
tried on multiple browsers so its not a cache issue.
tried copying it from another workflow and changing the delay time, if I press save, it gets stuck, nothing happens, I have to force refresh the page and the action dissapears
tried on a new workflow, same thing, so its not related to my workflows

Have you tried hard refresh? Recently I've faced similar issue so I've done hard refresh (ctrl+shift+R for windows for Mac cmd+shift+R) and it worked for me.
