Delayed Flows

STEGE — Question ·

Hello. I have a workflow which delays 30 days before sending an email. I noticed there was an error within the GMAIL prompt.
However, when I realized the workflow had been activated let's say ten times, and those ten times are supposed to activate, therefore within thirty days.

I have two questions:

  1. Whether those old workflows that were activated and will soon email, will they email with the new corrected Gmail prompt, or will they send those with the old incorrect Gmail prompt?
  2. Is there a way to check pending workflows in order to modify them or cancel the old workflows that were activated and will soon email those ten people?

Hi @STEGE-ADMINISTRADOR,

Whether those old workflows that were activated and will soon email, will they email with the new corrected Gmail prompt, or will they send those with the old incorrect Gmail prompt?

They will send emails with the new updated content, not the old content.

Is there a way to check pending workflows in order to modify them or cancel the old workflows that were activated and will soon email those ten people?

In your Task History, select “Pending” under Workflow Execution. You will find all the pending tasks there, and you can individually access them and stop their execution.

Thanks & Regards,
