Dropbox Trigger Works and then Doesn't Work

My trigger will work for a while and then stop working and I don't know what is happening.

I am dropping in video files to have Salad Transcribe.

I put in one batch and they worked fine, but since then the event has stopped triggering.

I have tried adding files multiple ways, but nothing seems to work.

Here is the step setup:

Every time I run a new test it works, but it's just not triggering on its own. I've waited 12 hours since the last batch.

I am trying to do this with salad as well but I cannot get it to work, would you be kind to share this workflow so I could test it as well on Dropbox then salad.

We have tried and tested from our and and the Dropbox trigger seems to be working fine. There were some issues recently with polling triggers, although they are fixed now.

Kindly make a new connection and let us know if it works for you. Also, the Salad integration is not from Pabbly team. We can forward your concern to the their team.

I tested this more than a dozen times today. The trigger is not working. I restarted the task. Created a brand new task from scratch. Waited hours. The trigger failed and its not working.

Can you please let us know the workflow in which you have made the new connection so that we can look into it and test that out.
