Hello everyone,

I’m currently working on the free plan of Pabbly Connect and have successfully integrated my Elementor forms with Aisensy using the platform. During the setup of the workflow, I noticed that the test trigger works fine – meaning when I manually test the trigger, it executes as expected. However, when a real user fills out the Elementor form on the website, the workflow doesn't trigger as it should.

Here’s a breakdown of the issue:

  • The trigger works during the test phase in Pabbly Connect.
  • The workflow does not trigger when a user submits the form on the live site.

I’m wondering if anyone has faced a similar issue and can offer insights. Is there something specific I need to do to ensure that the integration works in real time? Could there be limitations on the free plan of Pabbly Connect affecting this behavior?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Upon reviewing the workflow task history, it appears that the workflow is being triggered as expected. Please refer to the attached screenshot for more details.

If you're experiencing issues beyond the triggering of the workflow, kindly provide additional details about the problem or steps where you're facing difficulties.
