Dear team

Email Parser from pabbly not working

my workflow suddenly stopped working only capture initial confirmation message. later sent any message to [EMAIL][email hidden][/EMAIL] does not capture

above is workflow. earlier it was working properly.

also timeout message is observed 2 minutes.

this is my observation

please fix it issue

Hi @nayana,

We have checked your workflow, and it seems that the trigger has been waiting for a response for a long time.

We would recommend you try sending a test email again to the same Email Parser address and check whether the response gets captured there.

Also, could you please share a screenshot showing the Email Parser setup/configuration done at the source end? That will help us investigate the issue further.
